SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe how Albright Labs LLC collects consent to send SMS (text) messages, what kinds of messages we send, how to opt out, and applicable disclaimers. SMS communications are also referenced in our Privacy Policy.

How You Opt In

Consent to receive SMS is collected verbally during an inbound voice call to our business number. The flow is:

  1. You dial our business number at (570) 413-0104 to initiate the call.
  2. During the conversation, Serena offers to send the requested information (typically a scheduling link) by text message.
  3. If you agree, Serena asks for your mobile phone number, which you speak aloud.
  4. Serena reads the number back to you digit-by-digit for confirmation.
  5. Only after you verbally confirm the number does the system send the SMS.

Each consent event is logged in our internal system with the originating call identifier and the call transcript so the record can be audited if needed.

What Messages We Send

Albright Labs sends two kinds of SMS messages, both transactional and triggered by a specific interaction you have initiated:

  • Scheduling links sent in response to a verbal request during an inbound call, as described above.
  • Service follow-ups to existing client communications, such as a confirmation that work has been delivered or a request to confirm a scheduled time. These are sent only when you have an active engagement with Albright Labs.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages. We do not send recurring or scheduled message campaigns. Messages are sent only in direct response to a request or interaction you initiated.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is low and transactional. We do not send marketing, promotional, scheduled, or recurring messages. In a typical interaction you may receive one or two messages: an initial message with the requested information, and, if relevant, a single follow-up. Volume scales only with the number of inbound calls you initiate or service interactions you participate in.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Albright Labs at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. We honor STOP requests immediately and remove the opted-out number from all future SMS communications. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent after opt-out.

Carrier Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Albright Labs does not charge for the messages themselves. If your plan does not include text messaging, charges from your carrier may result. Contact your carrier for plan details.

Privacy and Information Sharing

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications and the contents of those messages are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS is delivered through Twilio, our SMS service provider, in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable carrier guidelines.
