When you call our business line we may collect your mobile phone number verbally during the conversation. Our AI receptionist will ask you for explicit verbal consent before any text message is sent, will read your number back to you for confirmation, and will only send the message once you confirm.
Message frequency is low and transactional only. Messages are triggered solely by inbound calls you initiate, or as service follow-ups to existing client communications. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring/scheduled messages. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP or email support@albrightlabs.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information may be shared with subcontractors in support of our services (for example, our SMS service provider Twilio); these subcontractors handle the data on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose other than delivering the message you requested.
Full details on how verbal consent is collected, what types of messages we send, how to opt out, and applicable carrier disclaimers are documented separately in our SMS Terms.
