Based in Albrightsville, PA, and originally from New Rochelle, NY, Joe combines a love for building things with a passion for innovation, making him a dynamic leader in the software development industry.
Joe Buonocore is the driving force behind Albright Labs as its CEO, managing all aspects of sales, product development, client relations, and support. Over his five years with the company, Joe has been at the forefront of its achievements, including the notable recognition of being featured on OctoberCMS’s website in 2023. His enthusiasm for innovation is exemplified by the Albright App, an ambitious CRM/CMS platform he describes as the "Swiss army knife" for small and medium-sized businesses.
Growing up in New Rochelle, NY, and now residing in Albrightsville, PA, Joe’s passion for building started at an early age. His career in software development stems from his desire to create and see real-time results, with PHP as his favorite programming language for its reliability and efficiency. His go-to tool is PHPStorm, which enables him to craft high-quality software quickly and effectively.
Beyond work, Joe’s interests include snowboarding, playing guitar, and reading. A true builder at heart, he’s even constructed two cars—a Jeep and a Honda—and is skilled in welding. A fun fact about Joe is that he was elected student council president in both middle and high school, showcasing his leadership from an early age. Guided by the motto, "Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you," Joe continues to inspire his team and push boundaries in the tech world.

Lucas Zamora is a Software Engineer with over 20 years of experience in web development. At Albright Labs, he specializes in full-stack development, combining frontend expertise in JavaScript with backend mastery in PHP, Laravel, and OctoberCMS. Based in San Luis, Argentina, Lucas is passionate about solving complex challenges, such as creating the award-winning “Visitar San Luis” platform, which earned recognition from the Honorable Senate of San Luis.

Since joining Albright Labs in February 2023, he has been an integral part of the team, specializing in full-stack development. Lucas handles medium-to-high complexity projects, seamlessly integrating frontend design with JavaScript and backend functionality using PHP. Originally from San Luis, Lucas discovered his passion for software development early in life. Starting as a self-taught programmer, he began his professional journey at the age of 16 in PC technical support and earned a certification in web design at 17. His dedication to continuous learning and his resilience in the face of challenges have been defining traits throughout his career.
