Why monthly instead of a one-time fee?
A website isn't a one-time project. It needs ongoing hosting, security, updates, and maintenance. Our model spreads the cost over time, eliminates large upfront investments, and ensures your site stays current and secure indefinitely.
What happens after 12 months?
Your plan continues month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 60 days notice. If you need to leave before 12 months, there's an early termination fee. If you want to take your site elsewhere, we'll export your content and help with the transition.
Can I make changes myself?
You can, but you don't have to. We give you access to update content if you want. Most clients prefer to send us changes. It's included in your plan and we typically turn around updates within 24-48 hours.
What if I need more than what's included?
For significant additions (new sections, e-commerce, integrations), we'll scope the work and provide a clear quote. Many clients start with Starter or Professional and add features as they grow. We also offer custom development for organizations that outgrow managed websites.
Do you work with existing sites?
Yes. We can migrate and redesign your existing site, or take over management of a site built by someone else. We'll assess the current state and recommend the best path forward.
