NYSFDA's member systems have been running reliably for twelve years.

Their MemberSuite AMS, member login, single sign-on, and membership renewals all have to work together, year after year. We manage them as a long-running partner.

12 yrs

as their managed-systems partner

The outcome

12 years

running their member systems and sites

3 sites

in one managed portfolio

MemberSuite

AMS unified with single sign-on and renewals

The problem

Member data and several sites had to stay in sync.

NYSFDA runs its membership operations through a MemberSuite AMS, and that system has to connect with member login, single sign-on, and membership renewals across multiple sites. The pieces need to work together reliably, year after year, without the kind of drift that leaves member records out of sync or renewals broken at the worst moment.

What we built

A managed portfolio, integrated and hardened over time.

We integrated the MemberSuite AMS with single sign-on and membership renewals, and we manage a three-site portfolio on their behalf. Over the years the relationship has also included ongoing hardening: SSL, spam and captcha controls, newsletter ordering, classified-submission forms, and self-service member pages. The work compounds; each improvement makes the next one easier to maintain.

01

AMS integration

MemberSuite wired to the member login and SSO layer.

02

Renewals connected

Membership renewals flow through the AMS automatically.

03

Three-site portfolio

Sites managed together under a single ongoing engagement.

04

Ongoing hardening

SSL, spam controls, forms, and self-service pages kept current.

The result

A dependable managed relationship, twelve years and counting.

NYSFDA has a long-running, dependable managed relationship with a partner who knows their systems. Member data and renewals stay in sync across the portfolio, and the systems that were hardened along the way stay that way. Twelve years in, the engagement keeps running.

Before

  • MemberSuite AMS not connected to SSO or renewals
  • Multiple sites managed in isolation
  • Member data and renewal status prone to drift
  • No single partner accountable for the whole picture

After

  • AMS integrated with single sign-on and membership renewals
  • Three-site portfolio managed under one engagement
  • Member data stays in sync across systems
  • Twelve years of ongoing hardening and support

Operations Audit

Have systems that do not talk to each other?

Most integrations like this start with an Operations Audit. Two weeks to map the systems and where the payback is.
