Our Process

From first call to live system.

Every engagement follows the same four-phase structure. You know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what comes next at every step.

The engagement

Four phases, no surprises.

01

Discovery

We spend time learning your operation before we write a line of code or a line of scope. That means understanding what you actually need, what the constraints are, and what success looks like. The output is a fixed-price proposal with a defined scope. You approve it before any work begins.

  • First call (30 min)
  • Scope and estimate document
  • Fixed proposal for approval
02

Design

Before building, we work through the architecture and user experience so decisions get made at the right moment, not after the code is written. We share screens and walk you through what we are planning. You get a clear picture of what you are approving before production work starts.

  • System architecture review
  • UX wireframes or flow diagrams
  • Design approval checkpoint
03

Build

We build to the approved scope, with regular progress updates so nothing disappears for six weeks and reappears as a surprise. You have access to a staging environment throughout. Feedback rounds are structured so they do not turn into scope creep, and changes outside the original scope are quoted separately.

  • Staging environment access
  • Regular progress updates
  • Structured feedback rounds
04

Launch and Support

Launch is a coordinated event, not a file transfer. We handle the cutover, monitor the first days of live traffic, and stay close during the period when real use surfaces what testing missed. For managed clients we are on call after that. For project clients, we offer a defined support window with a clear handoff.

  • Managed cutover and go-live
  • Post-launch monitoring window
  • Ongoing support or defined handoff

What to expect

How we communicate through a project.

One person who owns it

You deal with one senior person throughout. That person knows the project, knows the decisions that were made, and can answer questions without putting you on hold for 48 hours.

Progress you can see

We update you on a regular cadence, not just when we need something. Staging access is available from early in the build. You are not waiting until the end to see what you paid for.

Scope changes handled cleanly

When something comes up that is outside the approved scope, we name it, quote it, and let you decide. There are no hidden overages or passive-aggressive invoices at the end of the project.

The bottom line

You approved it. We build it. No surprises.

Every project starts with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Changes are quoted before they are made. That is not a sales line. It is how we have operated since the beginning, and it is what makes long-term client relationships possible.
