The free intro
Start with one hour, on a real business.
In 45 to 60 minutes, Joe walks through three systems that run Albright every day: email replies drafted in his own voice, client calls that turn into task lists on their own, and a company knowledge base the team actually uses. Then you score one task from your own week to see whether it is worth automating.
What you leave with
- A four-question test for deciding what to automate and what to leave alone.
- One task from your own operation, scored.
- The recording and the scoring grid by email the next day.
Who it is for
Built for the people who run the day-to-day.
For you if
- You run operations or own the business, and you do not write code.
- Your week is full of email, calls, follow-ups and questions only you can answer.
- You have tried ChatGPT or Claude and want it doing real work in your operation.
Not for you if
- You want a survey of every AI tool on the market.
- You are a developer looking for code. You are welcome, but nothing here is built for you.
- You want to automate decisions about money or compliance with no person checking them.
After the intro: the cohort
Six weeks, six working results.
One live 60-minute session a week on Zoom, 10 to 15 people, the same group every week. Each session is a short lesson, a live demo on Albright's own systems, and time to build your version with help in the room.
Where AI actually saves time
You leave with: A ranked list of your recurring work and one workflow picked as your project.
Email and document drafting
You leave with: Drafts in your own voice for your three most common emails.
Meetings and calls into tasks
You leave with: Every meeting ending in a task list, without retyping.
A knowledge base people use
You leave with: Answers to your team's ten most asked questions, and an assistant that answers from them.
Automate one workflow end to end
You leave with: Your week-one workflow running, with a person checking the result.
Measure it and keep it working
You leave with: A scorecard that shows what it saves and costs, and who keeps it running.
Founding cohort: $495 a seat. Doors open after the intro.
Not worth it after class one? Reply to one email within 48 hours for a full refund. Tools are free or common: ChatGPT or Claude, Zapier or Make, Google Workspace. No new software to buy.
Recorded and published
Every session is recorded and published.
The intro and every cohort session are recorded and turned into videos, clips, blog posts and the newsletter. Here is what that means for you.
Your camera is your choice.
Keep it off for the whole session if you like. First name only is fine.
Your business stays out.
Anything you share about your own business, clients, numbers or systems is cut or blurred before publishing.
Ask for a cut.
Say "off the record" during the session, or email after, and that part is removed.
You get the recording.
Registrants get the intro recording by email, whether or not they make it live.
Your instructor
Taught by someone who runs it.
Joe Buonocore runs Albright Labs, which has shipped more than 230 software projects since January 2020. The email drafting, the call task lists, the client intake and the knowledge base you will see in class all run the business today.
You will see what worked, what broke, and what he chose not to automate.
Common questions
About the intro and the class
No. Nothing in the intro or the class requires code. If you can use a spreadsheet and a web form, you can do every assignment.
The date is announced soon. Registrants get the Zoom invite as soon as it is set, and the recording afterwards.
Only if you want to be. Sessions are recorded and published, but your camera can stay off and anything about your business is cut before publishing.
Register anyway. Every registrant gets the recording and the scoring grid by email.
The founding cohort is $495 a seat, 10 to 15 seats. Doors open after the intro. If class one is not worth it, reply to one email within 48 hours for a full refund.
No. You will see Albright's own systems as examples, but everything you build uses common tools you can keep using without us.
